ABOUT LEA COWIN
Lea Cowin is a professional teacher
and healer of many years experience.
She is a Tera Mai® Reiki and Seichem
Master.
Lea has studied and worked with the
Tarot ever since she had a life changing
experience using the Tarot on her own
healing journey and has recently
published a unique book based on the
22 cards of the Major Arcana entitled
"Not All Frogs Are Green- Ayesha's

 | Lea has always used her voice both in her healing practice and as a member of a Natural Voice choir. It was therefore a natural progression for her to train with Simon Heather in Sound Healing. She is a fully qualified practitioner and a tutor of the College of Sound Healing.

She teaches and leads groups in Meditation and has produced two meditation CDs "Relaxation, Balance and Expansion", and "Relaxation, Healing and Relationship" the latter in conjunction with Julia Thomas, a colour therapist, who is one of the contributors to the book "Not All Frogs Are Green."
She also incorporates Emotional Freedom Technique into her practice with amazing results
Lea continues to expand her own spiritual wisdom and understanding by studying The Ancient Wisdom teachings with The Arcane School. She is also a mentor for those studying The Quest, a course for soul development and meditation.
